How to Replace a Faulty or Damaged Item

We take great pride in the quality of our products. Your BLANQIs should arrive to you in perfect condition and they should hold up excellently with proper wear and care. 

If your item does not meet that standard of quality, we would love to set you up with a replacement! Please submit an exchange due to defect through our returns portal: https://returns.blanqi.com/

Simply enter the email address associated with the order to process the exchange due to defect. You will click on the picture of the item you wish to exchange and choose reason-defective. 

Once our returns processor considers your return eligible for exchange, then you will be able to choose the size or color you prefer for your replacement. Your new item will ship out within one business day! Our system will provide a return shipping label for sending the defective item back to us.

You will have 30 days for us to receive the returned item, so feel free to wait for the new one to arrive and reuse the BLANQI packaging. Our return labels ship regular USPS mail, so you may simply drop the return in your mailbox at your convenience.

If you are only seeing an option to return for refund in the returns portal, please get in touch with Customer Care! Some orders may not qualify for an exchange through our returns processor. Your item may not be eligible for an exchange if it was exchanged previously, for example. If you run into this issue, we will need to submit for replacements manually for you.
