How to Replace an Item with Chemical or Mildew Smells
Off-odors can sometimes occur if our manufacturer unknowingly used a batch of expired dye on the garments. While unpleasant (especially so when pregnant!), we can reassure you that it is completely benign and non-toxic, and it should fade over time with several launderings.
Of course, if the items are unwearable, we would be more than happy to set you up with replacements! Please submit an exchange due to defect through our returns portal: https://returns.blanqi.com/
Simply enter the email address associated with the order and follow the instructions from there. You will click on the picture of the item you wish to exchange and choose reason-defective. Once our returns processor considers your return eligible for exchange, you will be able to choose the size and color of your replacement.
Your new item will ship out within one business day! Our system will provide a return shipping label for sending the defective item back to us.
You will have 30 days for us to receive the returned item, so feel free to wait for the new one to arrive and reuse the BLANQI packaging. Our return labels ship regular USPS mail, so you may simply drop the return in your mailbox at your convenience.
